RMHP has one Regional Health Equity Committee that meets at a minimum, twice per year. This committee discusses issues of equity and health disparities. The Committee is comprised of Members, Providers, advocacy organizations, community organizations, and individuals that represent the demographic of the region serving RAE, CHP+, and PRIME Members.
This Committee is responsible for:
- Discussing health equity and accessibility challenges and providing recommendations for addressing health disparities
- Informing the design of a health equity plan and overseeing its implementation
- Providing feedback on activities that advance health equity and accessibility, impacting member engagement
- Reviewing health equity performance data
