What Are Long-Term Services and Supports?
Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) offers Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) to people who qualify. LTSS, sometimes called long-term care, is a broad term for the many programs that help people with disabilities or older adults with their daily activities. LTSS includes Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
We can help identify the right services, supports, or programs that meet your and your family’s needs.
