RMHP is the regional organization for Health First Colorado Members in Western Colorado and Larimer County. We also serve some Members through RMHP Prime. We help coordinate your care and make sure you get the help you need, when you need it.

RMHP has a health plan called RMHP Prime that provides healthcare services to most adult Health First Colorado Members and some children with disabilities in certain counties on the Western Slope.
