That’s why RMHP also serves Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program)-eligible individuals, as well as children who receive care through the Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) program. We work with the State of Colorado in a community-based approach to provide or coordinate the delivery of comprehensive state-sponsored health insurance benefits.
