Clinical Quality Improvement Program Overview

Because continuous quality improvement enhances the effectiveness of patient care and population health, RMHP incentivizes practices to participate in these programs. Twice each year, we actively recruit primary care practices to participate in our program.

Foundations PCP

Foundations is an introductory level course in which participants learn basic QI skills at the practice level to include Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycles, process mapping, and basic data.
