Colorado Mesa University’s Hamilton Recreation Center is typically only open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and family members. However, the campus facility recently launched a Virtual Rec Center that is available to the public.
Visit the Virtual Rec Center to access over a dozen prerecorded yoga and strength training workout videos. In each video, a fitness instructor will guide you through a series of workouts you can easily perform in your living room.
