These pork chops are another great protein-rich snack option for your Broncos game day, and the recipe is a breeze to replicate:
Stir together the molasses, orange juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt. Place the marinade in a zip-top bag, add your pork chops, and seal the bag tightly. Let the chops marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.
To cook the pork chops, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, adding the meat once the oil is hot. No need to pour all of the marinade into the skillet. Enough sauce will cling to the chops to make them tasty. (Be sure to discard the extra marinade. It’s been in contact with raw meat.) Cook chops on for approximately 7 minutes per side or until done. The marinade will have reduced to a thick sauce, and your chops are ready to serve.
