SOLO Health Plan Overview

Our SOLO Health Plans are PPOs (Preferred Provider Organization), which means that you can see the health care provider of your choice for covered services. Each SOLO Health Plan provides coverage for office visits, preventive care exams and screenings, prescription drugs, accidents, injuries, inpatient and outpatient hospital care, and more. Also included is a vision discount plan.

Here’s a brief overview of each plan:

  • SOLO Select Plans: The most comprehensive, low deductible plans we offer. You pay a higher monthly premium, but all office visits are covered without having to meet your deductible.
  • SOLO Smart Choice Plans: These high deductible health plans (HDHP) offer lower monthly premiums and allow you contribute to a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover medical costs.
  • SOLO Safety Net Plans: These plans have the lowest monthly premiums and are designed to protect you against the costs of serious illness or injuries.
