PPO Plans
PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations) are health benefit plans that provide superior benefits with choice of providers. As with most PPOs, you can get health care services from our comprehensive network of providers and receive more benefits with lower out-of-pocket costs. You have the freedom to get services from out-of-network providers but will have higher out-of-pocket costs.
Rocky Mountain Health Plans offers national access to in-network providers through Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS) extensive, nationwide provider network.
