Flex Administration/Section 125 is offered through RMHP's partnership with CNIC Health Solutions (CNIC), Colorado’s largest independent third-party administrator. CNIC offers FLEX claim processing and check issuance. CNIC assists with the generation of information required each year by the IRS and Department of Labor, and with maintenance of spending account records for reports to partipating employees.
