About RMHP's Provider Network

Rocky Mountain Health Plans offers one of the few statewide managed care networks available in Colorado. The network provides access to nearly 8,000 participating providers, over 890 pharmacies and 87 hospitals across Colorado.

Online Provider Directory

The directory includes enhanced search capability, additional provider detail, and directions and maps to provider offices.

The directory is updated daily and now includes providers associated with Life Strategies, ASO Solutions plans administered by CNIC Health Solutions, and the Chamber of Commerce Association Plans for Delta, Gunnison, and Montrose.

Urgent Care/After Hour Providers

Do you or a family member have a condition that's not an emergency but needs treatment right away? You should always contact your PCP first, however if your PCP is not available RMHP has contracts with several Urgent Care providers throughout the state. These providers have extended evening and/or weekend hours to provide care without a costly trip to the Emergency Room. To find one near you, click on the Online Provider Directory, select Urgent Care in the Specialty drop down menu, and search by Location.
