Online Provider Directory

Click here to link to the RMHP Online Provider Directory.

The directory includes enhanced search capability, additional provider detail, and directions and maps to provider offices.

The directory is updated daily and now includes providers associated with Life Strategies, ASO Solutions plans administered by CNIC Health Solutions, and the Chamber of Commerce Association Plans for Delta, Gunnison, and Montrose.

National Provider Access

In certain situations, Members have access to providers outside of Colorado through our National Provider Access network, PHCS. For details click here or access the Multiplan/PHCS.

Members who have chiropractic benefits through their employer can click here to link to Landmark Healthcare and search the list of participating chiropractors in Colorado.

About RMHP's Provider Network

Rocky Mountain Health Plans offers one of the few statewide managed care networks available in Colorado. The network provides access to nearly 8,000 participating providers, over 890 pharmacies and 87 hospitals across Colorado.

Urgent Care/After Hour Providers

Do you or a family member have a condition that's not an emergency but needs treatment right away? You should always contact your PCP first, however if your PCP is not available RMHP has contracts with several Urgent Care providers throughout the state. These providers have extended evening and/or weekend hours to provide care without a costly trip to the Emergency Room. To find one near you, click on the Online Provider Directory, select Urgent Care in the Specialty drop down menu, and search by Location

*IMPORTANT: Not all providers and hospitals participate for all RMHP plans. For more information about a specific provider, including which RMHP plans the provider serves, be sure to select your plan type when conducting your search. The plan type (HMO, PPO, EPO, or Medicare) can be easily located in the Plan description on your member ID card. If you are still not sure if a provider participates for your plan, call Customer Service at 970-243-7050 or 800-346-4643. If you receive non-emergency care from a provider that does not serve your plan, you may have to pay for the care yourself.
