At RMHP, we have a wide variety of benefit plans for you to consider for your clients. To help you select a plan that best fits your clients' needs, we grouped them into some easy-to-understand "families".

ROCKY MOUNTAIN HMO PLANS

Good Health HMO Plans for Employer Groups

RMHP's HMO Plans are a good choice for today's health care coverage needs. The plans combine the best features of traditional HMOs, such as fixed dollar copayments for doctor visits, with less traditional features, such as direct access to participating providers, premium-saving deductibles and coinsurance for major services.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN PPO PLANS

Good Health PPO Plans for Employer Groups

The Good Health PPO plans provide desired benefits, such as first dollar coverage for preventive care and fixed dollar copayments for doctor visits and certain diagnostic tests, all allowable before meeting the annual deductible. PPO plans are available with a variety of deductible levels to fit the employer's needs. RMHP has an extensive PPO provider network within Colorado that also includes national in-network coverage through Private Healthcare Systems' nationwide provider network. 
 

Rocky Mountain Vista PPO Plans for Employer Groups

Rocky Mountain Vista PPO Plans provide 100 percent coverage for preventive care not subject to deductible. Plan designs are simple to understand and copays are clear and predictable. PPO plans are available with varying deductible levels to fit the employer's needs. Our Vista Plans also include the employee-choice option for prescription drug coverage. This benefit allows employers to offer one plan and give employees the choice to select generic-only or brand-name drug coverage, which ever meets their personal needs and budget.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN GOOD HEALTH SAVINGS PLANS

Rocky Mountain Good Health Savings Plans are High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) that meet the criteria necessary for employees to open a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Employer Group HSA-Eligible Plans

HSA-eligible plan designs are available for both small and large employer groups with a variety of deductible options.

RMHP has partnered with The Bancorp Bank to offer Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to our members enrolled in a Rocky Mountain High Deductible Health Plan.

The Good Health Savings Account, administered by The Bancorp Bank offers the following consumer benefits:

  • No application or set-up fee
  • No minimum balance is required
  • Low monthly fee of $2.50 for balances under $2,500. This fee is waived for direct deposit and balances of $2,500.
  • Free, no annual fee smart debit card
  • Free box of checks
  • Investment options offered through National Financial Services
  • .......and more

MEMBER OPTIONS PLANS

An employer with 5 or more enrolled employees may offer two or three plan options so that employees can choose which type of coverage best meets their health care needs and best fits their budget. Employers select the plan options from a menu of carefully selected products that include HMO, PPO, and High Deductible Health Plan designs.

SOLO INDIVIDUAL HEALTH CARE PLANS

SOLO Health Care Plans offer comprehensive benefits at a price to fit a variety of budget, lifestyle, and health care coverage needs. Choose optional benefits such as first-dollar coverage for accidents, or an HSA-Qualified plan design that allows an individual to contribute to a tax deferred savings account. Higher deductible plans with lower premiums are also available.

SOLO offers health plans for children only, because healthy children need health care, too. With SOLO, you can apply for health care coverage for your child (age 2 months-17) as an individual or as part of your family. You can customize a Child Only policy that meets your child’s needs.

PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE OPTIONS

RMHP has a variety of pharmacy riders that employer groups can choose from which we offer with our medical plan benefits. To view our pharmacy rider options, click on Prescription Drug Coverage in the left menu.

BASIC & STANDARD PLANS

State of Colorado-mandated benefit designs are offered to all small employer groups. RMHP offers additional coverage on the state mandated Basic Plan that covers additional preventive screenings.
