From fully insured plans, to our unique Shared Funding, to Administrative Services Only (ASO) and Self-Funding services, RMHP offers the flexibility you need with the quality and affordability you expect.

Fully Insured

Predictable. Budgetable. Easy to understand. These are words often used to describe a fully insured premium arrangement. Simply put, your costs are in the form of monthly premiums that are primarily based on specifics of your group. You don't need to worry about such things as financing and filing claims. You concentrate on running your business; let RMHP take care of your health benefits.

Shared Funding

Combining many advantages of Fully Insured, ASO, and Self-Funding, RMHP Shared Funding™ may be the answer to your benefit financing needs. Created for employers with 51 or more employees, RMHP Shared Funding™ allows employers the opportunity to benefit from "better-than-average" claims experience from their group, while maintaining financial protection from "worse-than-average" claims. RMHP Shared Funding™ is available with any of the health benefit plans offered by RMHP.

Self-Funded for Small Businesses with 5-50 Employees

At Rocky Mountain Health Plans, we understand the financial pressures that small businesses face when it comes to providing medical benefits. Premier Advantage by Rocky Mountain Health Plans responds to these unique needs with a market-advanced self funding option for small employer groups. Healthy small businesses can take advantage of low group claims expenses by self-funding their health benefits with Premier Advantage by Rocky Mountain Health Plans.

Administrative Services Only (ASO) & Self-Funding

Designed for the larger employer (typically 100 or more employees), Self-Funding combines the greatest amount of financial control with benefit design flexibility. Employers choose services most appropriate for their needs, select benefits most suited for their employees, make appropriate financing arrangements, and then actively participate in management of their benefit plan. RMHP takes the complexity out of ASO and Self-Funding by offering all services you'll need, from a company you can trust.
