To help ensure that you can easily fill new and existing prescriptions, Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) gives you two ordering options: ordering from local retail pharmacies or from our exclusive home delivery pharmacy, Express Scripts. Here are the main advantages for each:
Retail pharmacies
- Are ideal for one-time prescriptions or prescriptions you need right away
- Offer you personal contact with a local pharmacist who can quickly fill your order and answer any medication questions you may have
- Often offer a 90-day supply of medications for Individual, Employer Group and Medicare plan Members
Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacy
- Offers RMHP Employer Group, Individual, PERA, IBM Medicare Discount, Medicaid and Medicare Part D Members convenient home delivery for medications used on a regular basis (Part D Members can continue receiving home delivery services from Welldyne RxWest – go to www.rxwest.com or download the mail order form)
- Saves you money on copays. Refer to your benefits manual for detailed mail order copay information
To Use Express Scripts Mail Order Pharmacy for Prescriptions
- Print the New Patient Home Delivery Form or log into www.expressscripts.com.
- Fill out the form and send it to Express Scripts along with the prescriptions from your doctor.
For help transitioning your mail order prescriptions to Express Scripts Home Delivery, please call 866-503-5409. Have your RMHP identification card handy, as well as the name of the medication, the name of your physician and his/her phone number. Express Scripts will contact your doctor and get the new prescription for you.
