Since our beginning in 1974, Rocky Mountain Health Plans has strived to provide our Members with the highest level of service available. Our Customer Service department is specially trained to answer all types of calls concerning every aspect of your plan. We can help you with selecting your PCP, changing your PCP, finding a specialist, answering benefit questions, dealing with billing issues, and explaining claims payment.
