RMHP offers Colorado Medigap Medicare Supplement insurance plans for those who prefer a traditional Medicare supplement insurance plan.  RMHP Colorado Medigap Plans are underwritten by Rocky Mountain Health Care Options, Inc., and are available for people with Medicare, regardless of age.

RMHP offers five Colorado Medigap plans:

• Medigap Plan A – Provides basic benefits, including coverage of Medicare’s Part A hospital and Part B medical coinsurance.
• Medigap Plan C – Offers the same basic benefits as Plan A, plus coverage of Skilled Nursing coinsurance and Part A and Part B deductibles. Plan C also covers emergency care when traveling out of the country.
• Medigap Plan F – This plan is the most popular among Medicare beneficiaries. It provides all the benefits of Plan C and covers all Medicare Part B excess charges.
• Medigap Plan G – Provides basic benefits from other plans, plus coverage of Skilled Nursing coinsurance, Medicare Part A deductible, and Emergency care when traveling out of the country. Plan G also covers a portion of the Medicare Part B excess charges and offers an At-Home Recovery benefit.
• Medigap Plan N –This plan is a hybrid plan that looks similar to Plan F but requires the beneficiary to pay some costs for services they receive in exchange for a lower monthly premium.
