Medicare Supplement (Medigap) Plans
RMHP Medigap plans are underwritten by Rocky Mountain HealthCare Options, Inc.
Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) offers Medigap Medicare Supplement plans for those who prefer a traditional Medicare supplement insurance plan.
RMHP Medigap plans are available for people with Medicare, regardless of their age.
RMHP offers a variety of Medigap plans. Choose from the four plans offered:
- Medigap Plan A – Plan A provides basic benefits, including coverage of Medicare’s Part A hospital and Part B medical coinsurance.
- Medigap Plan C – Plan C offers the same basic benefits that Plan A does and adds to it coverage for the Skilled Nursing coinsurance and Part A and Part B deductibles. Plan C also covers emergency care when traveling out of the country.
- Medigap Plan F – Plan F is the most popular among Medicare beneficiaries. This plan provides all the benefits of Plan C and covers all Medicare Part B excess charges.
- Medigap Plan G – Plan G provides basic benefits from other plans, as well as covering Skilled Nursing coinsurance, Medicare Part A deductible, and Emergency care when traveling worldwide. Plan G will cover a portion of the Medicare Part B excess charges and offers an At-Home Recovery benefit.
- Medigap Plan N - Covers 100% Part B coinsurance, with
doctor's office and emergency room copays. Also includes Part A
deductible, skilled nursing facility coinsurance, and Foreign Travel
Emergency coverage. Monthly premiums are often lower than Plan F.
This plan may be more suitable for beneficiaries who have accumulated a
Health Savings Account balance that can be used to meet the higher
Out-of-Pocket expenses associated with this plan.
