The Medicare Member Satisfaction rating comes from the 2011 Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Survey results as featured in Medicare & You 2012. This is the star rating for Ratings of Health Plan Responsiveness and Care for 2012 Plan Ratings. Star ratings are assessed each year and may change from one year to the next. You can find more information on RMHP plan ratings at www.medicare.gov

Medical deductible $500 per calendar year (annual deductible).  Applies to all services except Preventive Care, Primary Care Physician and Specialist Care office visits, lab services, and Emergency room services.

The products and services described as Extras are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the RMHP grievance process.
