The Medicare Member Satisfaction rating comes from the 2011 Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Survey results as featured in Medicare & You 2012. This is the star rating for Ratings of Health Plan Responsiveness and Care for 2012 Plan Ratings. Star ratings are assessed each year and may change from one year to the next. - You can go directly to any in-network doctor you need. No referrals. No asking for permission.
- You don’t need a physical exam to enroll and premiums are not based on your age.
- You won’t be turned away because of a pre-existing condition. As long as you have Medicare Part A and B or B only, we can accept you.*
- You retain your Original Medicare benefits. No signing them over to us.
- You’ll have a Colorado-based health plan with excellent customer service located in Grand Junction.
* Please note, people with End Stage Renal Disease (kidney failure) may enroll in certain circumstances.
