	Essential RX Plan (PDP)

Prescription Drugs	Monthly Premium $39.10 *Plus you must continue to pay Medicare Part B Premium
Prescription Drugs	$123 deductible - applies to brand drugs only $9.75 copay generic $39.50 copay preferred brand $59.50 copay non preferred brand 29% specialty Until you reach $2,830 in total drug expenses After $2,830 in retail drug expenses you pay 100% of costs until you reach $4,550 out-of-pocket drug costs You pay $2.50 generic and $6.30 for all other drugs or 5% of cost (whichever is greater) after $4,550 in out-of-pocket drug costs
