Rocky Mountain Health Plans is pleased to introduce three new VSP® Vision Care plans available to employer groups. Our new vision plans are competitively priced and can be offered as a voluntary option to employees and their families with a minimum of two employees enrolling.

Basic Choice Plan

All Plans include low $10 copay for annual eye exams and a $25 copay for lenses/frame. Members also receive a $130 allowance for the purchase of frames or contact lenses. Significant discounts are available for laser vision correction, additional pairs of prescription and non-prescription sunglasses, and other services and materials.
Dental Plans
We offer a variety of dental benefit programs through our partnership with Delta Dental Plan. These benefit programs offer coverage for routine cleanings, dental care, and orthodontia. Click on the links below to learn more about each specific dental benefit program.
Delta Dental High Option 1000: $50 individual deductible with a maximum benefit of $1,000 per person per year. Preventive services covered at 100% not subject to the deductible and basic services covered at 80% after deductible.
Delta Dental High Option 1500: $50 individual deductible with a maximum benefit of $1,500 per person per year. Preventive services covered at 100% not subject to the deductible and basic services covered at 80% after deductible.
Delta Dental High Option Orthodontic Benefits: $50 individual deductible with a maximum benefit of $1,000 per person per year. Preventive services covered at 100% not subject to the deductible and basic services covered at 80% after deductible. Orthodontics (braces) covered at 50% for children.
Delta Dental Low Option: $50 individual deductible with a maximum benefit of $1,000 per person per year. Preventive services covered at 100% not subject to the deductible and basic services covered at 50% after deductible.
A dental discount plan is available on an employer paid or voluntary basis through Beta Health Association. The plan is available to all sizes of employer groups. Discounts allow employees to save an average of 65% off of the dentist’s normal full fee.
