Dental Plans

Together with Delta Dental of Colorado, we offer comprehensive dental plan choices to fit the varying needs of employer groups.

Plans offer 100% in-network coverage for preventive services, along with coverage for basic and major services. We offer flexibility by providing benefit alternative options (i.e. annual maximum, prevention first, orthodontics). For detailed coverage options, click on the Plan Benefit Summaries below.

 *Benefit alternative options available for additional premium:

Benefit alternative option 1 – Prevention First, preventive services such as routine cleanings are covered at 100% and do not apply toward the annual maximum.
 
Benefit alternative option 2 – Orthodontic benefits are available to groups with 25 or more enrolled employees and covers children to age 19. A 12-month benefit waiting period applies to voluntary plans.
 
Benefit alternative options 1 and 2 combined – available to groups with 25 or more enrolled employees.

The Delta Dental of Colorado plans described here are available to small employer groups that have RMHP Health Care coverage.  If you are interested in a Delta Dental of Colorado dental plan and do not have an RMHP Health Care plan, please contact RMHP or your broker.

Vision Plans

Rocky Mountain Health Plans is pleased to introduce three new VSP® Vision Care plans available to employer groups. Our new vision plans are competitively priced and can be offered as a voluntary option to employees and their families with a minimum of two employees enrolling.

All Plans include low $10 copay for annual eye exams and a $25 copay for lenses/frame. Members also receive a $130 allowance for the purchase of frames or contact lenses. Significant discounts are available for laser vision correction, additional pairs of prescription and non-prescription sunglasses, and other services and materials.
