Good Health HMO Plans
HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) are health benefit plans that provide for and encourage maintenance of your employees’ health. As with most HMOs, Members are required to get health care services from in-network providers.
Our wide selection of Good Health HMO plan designs run from classic HMO coverage with traditional office visit copayments, to more creative options that include plans with deductibles and the benefit of lower premiums. Benefits include:
- Direct Member access to one of the largest provider networks in Colorado (with no referrals required).
- Nationwide, in-network access available at no cost for employees or dependents who live outside of Colorado.
- Preventive care that is 100% covered and not subject to the deductible.
- Employee-level choice for prescription coverage that allows them to choose generic-only or brand name drug coverage.
Need nationwide in-network access to providers? Rocky Mountain Health Plans offers "Good Health National Access". A network of providers that your out-of-state employees can access under your HMO group health coverage as an "In-Network" benefit. Good Health National Access is also available for your in state employees who have eligible dependents residing outside of Colorado.
