HMO PLANS
Employer Group Health Plan Designs
RMHP's HMO Plans combine the best features of traditional HMOs, such as fixed dollar copayments for doctor visits, with less traditional features, such as direct access to participating providers, premium-saving deductibles and coinsurance for major services.
All RMHP employer group health plan designs include the employee-choice option for prescription drug coverage. This benefit allows employers to offer one plan and give employees the choice to select generic-only or brand-name drug coverage, which ever meets their personal needs and budget.

PPO PLANS
RMHP PPO plans provide first dollar coverage for preventive care and fixed dollar copayments for doctor visits and certain diagnostic tests, all allowable before meeting the annual deductible. PPO plans are available with a variety of deductible levels to fit the employer's needs. RMHP has an extensive PPO provider network within Colorado that also includes national in-network coverage through Private Healthcare Systems/MultiPlan nationwide provider networks.

GOOD HEALTH SAVINGS PLANS
Rocky Mountain Good Health Savings Plans are High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) that meet the criteria necessary for employees to open a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Employer Group HSA-Eligible Plans
HSA-eligible plan designs are available for both small and large employer groups with a variety of deductible options.
RMHP has partnered with The Bancorp Bank to offer Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to our Members enrolled in a Rocky Mountain High Deductible Health Plan. Your clients can use any banking institution of their choice to open and contribute to Health Savings Accounts.

MULTI-PLAN OPTIONS
Employers with 5 or more enrolled employees can choose to offer more than one health plan to their employees.
Dual Option - includes a choice of any two plan combinations from the PPO, HMO, and HDHP plan offerings.
Triple Option - includes any three plans available, but must include at least one HDHP.
