Zumba Workout

Zumba is an exercise buzzword you hear everywhere, but what is it?

Zumba is a dance fitness program created in Columbia in the 1990s. The beauty of Zumba is that it’s as fun as dancing and you get great fitness results. If you have never tried it (or even if you have), I have posted some of my favorite contemporary Zumba songs below for you. Follow the videos to learn the choreography. It make take several tries to get right, so don’t worry! Just be sure to dance and have fun!

The songs are easy to download so that you can even do these routines on your own, in your living room.

The videos below make up an approximately-30 minute workout. Let us know your favorites! As you become comfortable with the routines, make the moves more intense and burn more calories. Dance and enjoy!
