(Rockies warm up for their first game on the 2013 season on June 20!)

As a proud sponsor of the Grand Junction Rockies, Rocky Mountain Health Plans will be at all home games throughout the season with free sunscreen and other goodies at the Information Table. Fans will also be able to choose from the new “Healthy Choices Menu” at the concession stand, which includes additional options for fans wanting a healthier option instead of traditional ballpark fare.

Rocky Mountain Health Plans has also become the official co-sponsor of “Corky’s Club,” the fan club for kids. The first 250 children to sign up will receive a drawstring backpack with various items and personalized hologram baseball card.

This partnership highlights how two Grand Junction-based companies can work together to promote health and wellness throughout Mesa County.

Fans should also check Rocky Mountain Health Plans’ Facebook page throughout the season for special giveaways, like team autographed baseballs.

  1. It’s terrific that RMHP provides this support to the community, but at what cost? My family’s health insurance costs nearly $15k annually – quite difficult to afford – and I can’t help but wonder how much of this goes toward supporting these activities.

  2. C, We’re grateful for your feedback on our community sponsorships! We do carefully consider our members’ perspectives, so we appreciate you taking the time to express your concern. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to email me at help@rmhp.org.

  3. I drop a comment each time I appreciate a post on a site or
I have something to add to the discussion. It is a result of the fire displayed in the article I browsed.
And on this post Rocky Mountain Health Plans is
proud sponsor of the Grand Junction Rockies. I was actually
excited enough to drop a comment :-) I do have 2 questions for you
if you usually do not mind. Is it only me or do some of the comments come across like they are left by brain dead folks?
😛 And, if you are writing at additional online sites, I’d like to keep up with
anything new you have to post. Would you list every one of
all your communal sites like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
