It’s playoff time! While this is one of the most exciting times of year (especially for us Broncos fans this year!), it’s also a time of post-holiday overindulgence.
To keep on track with those New Year’s resolutions, try these recipes for delicious but not overly-indulgent snacking options.

Named for the tasty cocktail – and using many of the same ingredients, including the indulgence of vodka – try these baked wings as a surprisingly good alternative to their deep fried cousin.
A perennial favorite typically chock-full of cheese and cream, try this lower fat version that packs in all the taste. If fat-free cream cheese really isn’t your favorite, at least go for the low-fat version! And don’t tell anyone that the secret ingredient is in the legume family – they’ll never know!

While this recipe calls for the full indulgence of bacon and sour cream, if you halve the amount of bacon and use low-fat sour cream, you’ll keep all the taste of these creamy and easy-to-eat game staples, plus the added benefits of sweet potato!
These bring a sweet crunch and are super-snackable without being calorie laden. They’re simple to make and a crowd-pleasing balance to the salty snacks.
Don’t forget the staples of snackable veggies like baby carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli florets, and sliced peppers. They’re especially good with the dips!
