The Rocky Mountain Health Plans Foundation was formed by Rocky Mountain Health Plans in 1997 to help provide quality health care to Coloradans, including people outside the health plan’s membership. Its mission is to be a catalyst for innovative health care approaches that improve the health of Coloradans.
