Putting People Before Profits

As a not-for-profit organization, we are deeply committed to our social responsibility and community involvement. RMHP works diligently toward affecting change resulting in positive health outcomes for our Members and giving back to the Colorado community through charitable contributions.

Here are some of the ways we fulfill our mission of improving the lives of our Members and the health of our communities.

• We reinvest at least 8 to 10 percent of our annual revenues into other organizations, programs, and services that are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people of all ages and all backgrounds.
• Our foundation, Rocky Mountain Health Plans Foundation, serves nearly 190,000 individuals, bringing quality care to Coloradans who are outside of our membership.
• We offer our Members innovative health plans and wellness programs that support the rights of physicians and patients in medical decision-making.
• We remain an independent organization that makes decisions at the local level in order to serve and protect our Members, not shareholders.
